The Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration (BAPA) program aims to prepare students for public service either in government or voluntary organizations. It hopes to imbue students with proper ideals and values, professional knowledge and skills, ethical standards and integrity, and appropriate attitudes. It is an integrated program of courses, readings, seminars, special lectures, and experience involving administration, staff work, and field activities. Students are challenged to develop their critical faculties, their oral and written skills, and their ability to relate to and work with leaders and officials in various government organizations, voluntary organizations, and some business corporations concerned with public issues and the public service.
