Dr. Ma. Oliva Z. Domingo is currently the President of Kalayaan College. In 2016, she assumed the Presidency of Kalayaan College after retiring as Professor at the University of the Philippines National College of Public Administration and Governance (NCPAG). She continues to teach graduate courses at the NCPAG until today. She handles courses in human resource management and development, leadership, human behavior in organizations, organization studies, resource generation, and voluntary sector management. She is a much sought-after resource person on strategic planning, leadership, change management, and organization-related topics by national government agencies, local government units, and non-government organizations. She has a long list of local and international publications and is the recipient of international publication awards.

Dr. Domingo received her Doctor of Public Administration degree from the University of the Philippines and her post-graduate Diploma in General Management, with Distinction, from the Research Institute of Management Science in The Netherlands.
